Carmel Care is a Canberra based registered NDIS provider. We work with participants, families and coordinators to set up supports that are clear, consistent and genuinely useful, day to day.
Every arrangement starts with a free meet & greet and a written support plan, so everyone involved knows who is coming, what each shift looks like and how progress gets reported.
