How the Sessions Run

Groups are kept small and predictable. You will know who else is there, what the session involves and how long it runs, so turning up gets easier every time.

  • Small groups with familiar support workers on hand

  • Sessions planned ahead so you know what to expect

  • All materials and equipment provided

  • Transport support available where it is funded in your plan

Join the next group session

Tell us what support you are looking for. We meet first, at no cost, and only get started once the plan and the people feel right.
